Beautiful Down to Earth Stars

Starry petunias in the planter.

These starry petunias grow in one of my planters. They are ordinary petunias all dressed up in special gowns. I enjoy seeing them every day. However, the snails like them, too, but they EAT them! I’ve had difficulty keeping them in good form this summer.

About NJ

I love to write! I realized in 9th grade that I really enjoyed writing. Every two weeks we had assigned topics that we were to use to write an essay. I liked writing the essays. I'm a mom and a grandma. None of my family live nearby, but they visit when they are able to come. I've been a pastor's wife and a grade school teacher. Now I'm retired and enjoying visiting others, and indulging myself in my hobbies, --writing and art activities. I'm very thankful for the blessings in life.

I’ve always loved petunia’s. One summer, all the family laughed because I had them EVERYWHERE! Your’s are so pretty; I hope the snails will stay out of them. 🙂

It’s easy to have an abundance of petunias, Sally, and the neat thing about it today is that there are so very many colors and varieties. They are a beautiful addition to a home.
